What We Offer
Theemwiz Web Technologies is a Web Design and Development Company located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We specialize in providing Web Design and Development services to the clients worldwide.
Payments
We accept payments through Transferwise and PayPal only. We recommend Transferwise over PayPal simply because of their lower transaction fees. If Transferwise isn’t available in your country, you can use PayPal to pay the invoices. An advance payment of 50% should be made prior starting the project and the rest should be paid upon your final approval.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach our Terms. We will provide an explanation in most of the situations. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. Under no circumstances, including termination or cancellation of our Service to you, will we be liable for any losses related to actions of other Users.

Revisions and Refunds
We provide unlimited revisions until the client is fully satisfied with the work delivered. No refund is provided for the services provided after the client approves the work. If in case, we fail to deliver the work as per your project requirements / brief or due to some other internal reasons, we refund you in full. Every refund request will be studied carefully on a case to case basis.
Governing Law
Any claim relating to Theemwiz Web Technologies website shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Theemwiz Web Technologies, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
